Senior Night Success
In a night of celebration for the Penn State York basketball Seniors, both the men's and women's teams claimed victory against Penn State Schuylkill
On Friday, February 6th, Penn State York celebrated its men's and women's Basketball Senior night, proceeding the games against the Penn State Schuylkill teams.
For the women's basketball team, we would like to congratulate Seniors #12 Jasmine Ortiz and #20 Michaela Fink . With their strength and spirit, the womens team was able to claim a victory with a final score of 84-18.
For the men's basketball team, we would like to congratulate Seniors #0 Terrell Neal , #1 John Godinez , #2 Quentin Wells , #10 Logan Kottinger , #14 Kamrin Carroll , #21 Tony Benkovic , and #34 James Barlow . A hard battle was fought against Penn State Schuylkill, but York came out on top with a final score of 100-83.
All Seniors had playing time during the night and got time to shine. Their passion and dedication to Penn State York is what makes these teams as great as they are. WE ARE Penn State proud of each and every single one of these young men and women for their accomplishments during their time on our teams, with still a few more games ahead. We wish them the absolute best in all of their future endeavours and in whatever they may choose to pursue.
